提高钢丝镀铜层耐蚀性的探讨

【摘要】 阐述钢丝镀前处理、镀铜工艺参数、镀后处理等对镀层耐蚀性的影响 ,着重介绍镀铜工艺参数包括镀铜方式、镀液成分、镀液温度、镀液中杂质对镀层耐蚀性的影响 ,指出要提高铜层的耐蚀性 ,镀液中硫酸铜和硫酸的质量浓度应分别达到 80~ 10 0 g/L和 10 0~ 12 0g/L ,并适当使用添加剂。提出了提高钢丝镀铜层耐蚀性的措施

【Abstract】 To expound the effects of treatment of steel wire before and after Cu plating,process parameters of copper plating and so on on corrosion resistance of Cu coat,and emphasis on introducing the effects of Cu plating process parameters including Cu plating mode,composition and temperature of plating solution and impurity in solution on the corrosion resistance It is pointed out that the mass concentration of sulphate of copper and sulphuric acid in plating solution should be 80~100?g/L and 100~120?g/L respectively and use additive suitably in order to improve corrosion resistance of Cu coat Some measures for improving corrosion resistance of Cu coat on steel wire are put forword
