球罐焊后整体热处理微机自动控制系统最佳控制算法的探索
The exploration of the best control a lgprithm for the microcomputer automatic control system’ s whole post weld heat treatment of spherical tanks
【摘要】 结合球罐焊后整体热处理的工艺特点,在微机自动控制系统中对温度控制的控制算法,选定为增量式PID,经过仿真运行和分析,并对增量式PID算法进一步优化,最终确定为带自调整因子,复合自适应FUZZY—PID算法,取得较满意的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Consideing the technique character of the whole post weld heat treatment of spherical tanks,we sellect the increment PID algorithm as the control algorithm t o control the temperature.By the sim ulated op-eration and analysis,we optimize th e increment PID algorithm.Finally we decide to use t he adjustable factor?compounded adaptive Furry -PID algorithm and get the satisfying con trol effect.
