基于Internet的远程制造分析服务系统

【摘要】 机械计算机辅助工程 (MCAE)技术由于有效地缩短了产品开发与研究周期 ,对于提高产品竞争力起着至关重要的作用。但是 ,目前传统的CAE技术还大都局限于单机环境或局域网内 ,没有充分发挥它的优势。这里提出了传统CAE技术与Internet相结合 ,建立基于Internet的远程制造分析服务系统 ,为远程用户提供机械产品设计、分析环境。在该系统中 ,利用网络编程语言Java、VRML等实现网上产品模型的实时显示 ;采用ASP、ADO、SQL及ODBC技术 ,实现机械工业共性技术数据的远程知识查询 ;通过WebCRP等技术实现高性能的计算资源共享 ,完成计算任务的转移 ,实现网上远程计算。

【Abstract】 The technologies of mechanical computer aided engineering (CAE ) can reduce the time of products,so they play an improtant role in enhancing competitive power of products.But most of traditional CAE technologies have not exploited their advantages,because they are limited in environment of single machine of local area network( LAN ).In this paper,an Internet based remote manufacturing analysis server system is presented,which combines traditional CAE and Internet technologies,provides an environment of design and analysis of mechanical products for remote users.In this system,real-time display of products model on the net can be carried out with Java and VRML language.With ASP,ADO,SQL and ODBC technologies,the authors built knowledge-based remote query system for common technologies about mechanical industry. WebCRP technology is applied to realize network computing,which can share computer resources and transfer some computing tasks.
