【Abstract】 In this paper, we have realized a primary point to point long distance monitoring system based on the personal computer and the public telephone network. The local monitoring subsystem, transmission network and long distance monitoring subsystem are included in this system. It provides the functions of long distance dynamic video transmission and long distance real time controlling. This system follows simplification and effective principal from the eyes of the actual implement. And it is fit to smooth motion video picture and internal monitoring suits.更多还原
