【摘要】 目的 研究韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)与中国成人智力量表(CISA)两种智力量表用于精神分裂症病人的一致性和精神分裂症病人的智力状况。方法 选择60名精神分裂症病人,随机分成两组,以先后不同顺序进行两种智力量表的测试。结果 WAIS-RC与CISA的测验成绩较为均衡,除操作智商与操作能力商有所差异(P<0.05)外,言语商与全智商差异均不明显(P>0.05)且CISA智商与WAIS-RC的VIQ、PIQ、FIQ相关系数分别为0.91、0.95、0.98。结论 WAIS-RC与CISA两种智力量表均显示精神分裂症病人的智力水平偏低并呈下降趋势,测验成绩显示两种量表有较高的一致性,都适合于精神分裂症这一特殊群体的应用,进一步证明了CISA这一新编的成人智力量表是一较为适合中国本土应用、较理想的成人智力量表。具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the consistency of Chinese Intelligence Scale of Adults(CISA) in schizophrenia. Method: Sixty schizophrenic patients were divided into two groups at random. And they were tested with these two tests of intelligence. Results: The testing scales are equilibrium in WAIS-RC and CISA. There is no difference between speech intelligence and the whole intelligence of the patient. But the intelligence of working is different from the ability of working. Conclusion: These two scales showed that schizophren a was in a lower level than normal person. Both scales could be used to schizophrenic patient.更多还原
