用于膜蒸馏的中空纤维组件中沟流效应的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 对用于膜蒸馏的中空纤维组件数学模型进行了求解 ,并用模拟计算结果分析组件中存在的沟流效应。结果表明 ,与纤维丝规则分布的理想组件相比 ,纤维丝随机分布的实际组件中存在的沟流效应使膜蒸馏组件通量大大降低 ;提高组件封装分率可以减轻沟流效应 ;提高膜两侧流体流量可以增加膜蒸馏推动力 ,削弱沟流效应带来的负面影响

【Abstract】 The mathematical model of hollow-fiber module used in membrane distillation (MD) was setup and solved by numerical method. The channelling effect existed in randomly packed hollow fiber module was evaluated by the solution of our mathematical model. The calculating result showed that channelling effect can largely reduce the flux of the module because of the maldistribution of flow in the shell side of the module which make the driving force of MD process or effective membrane area much lower than the uniform packing module.Examination of the solution of the model also showed that channelling effect can be mitigated in the module with a higher packing fraction. The increase of flow rate on either side of membrane can partly counteract channelling effect by the improvement of the driving force of MD process.
