Visual C++和Fortran的混合编程——CASAC软件Windows版的研制
Visual C++/Fortran PowerStation Mixed-Language Program--Developing a Window’s CASAC
【摘要】 计算机辅助筛选生物活性化合物软件 (Computer—AidedScreeningbioActiveCompounds ,简称CASAC)是在本实验室开发的用于研究分子结构和生物活性关系的软件。它最早是在DOS系统下开发的 ,目前研制这个软件的Windows版本。所用到的两个编程工具是FortranPowerStation和VisualC ++。通过Fortran和C ++的混合编程 ,本文讲述如何用FortranPowerStation生成动态连接库 ,VisualC ++如何调用所生成的动态连接库及如何调试
【Abstract】 Computer Aided Screening bioActive Compounds (CASAC) is a software developed by Laboratory of Computer Chemistry (LCC). It is used to study the relation between molecular structure and biologic activity. At first this software is developed with Fortran and used only in DOS. Now we are developing a Window’s edition. The two tools used are Fortran PowerStation and Visual C++. The method adopted is: Using Fortran PowerStation to build a Dynamic Linked Library (DLL), then the DLL is called and debugged in Visual C++.
