SrTiO3基沿面放电电极材料配方优化
The Study on the SrTiO3 Ceramic Electrode Material for Ozonizer
【摘要】 采用均匀设计法设计配方 ,研究了以SrTiO3 为基料 ,掺杂PbTiO3、TiO2 、CeO2 、Bi2 O3 对臭氧发生器用Sr TiO3 基陶瓷电极材料的介电常数、正切损耗、击穿电压、电阻率等电性能的影响。通过对实验结果进行回归分析表明了各掺杂料的比例与各电参数间的关系 ,其中Bi2 O3 含量对材料性能的影响最大。优化结果表明 ,为了获得U >10Kv/mm ,ε约 10 0左右 ,tgδ<0 0 1,ρ >10 10Ω的材料 ,最适合的掺杂配方是 :Bi2 O31 40 % ,TiO2 0 30 % ,PbTiO30 30 %和CeO2 0 5 0 %
【Abstract】 The experiment were arranged by the uniform design. It was studied that the effect of dopants on ozonizer electrod material. Through experimental data statistics and regression,the function relationship between the electrical properities, such as dielectric content, dielectric loss,breakdown voltage, electrical resistivity and content of BaTiO 3?CaSrTiO 5?TiO 2?ZnO?Bi 2O 3 was discuseed.The optimized results show that content of Bi 2O 3 is key factor and the fittest dopat is Bi 2O 3 1 40%?TiO 2 0 30%?CaSrTiO 5 0 30% ?BaTiO 5 0 50% and ZnO 0 52%?
