【摘要】 目的 :了解不同生活周期中的家庭功能及存在的家庭问题 ,以有的放矢地做好家庭保健工作。方法 :设计家庭问题调查表与 APGAR问卷同时进行入户调查。结果 :有学龄前儿童期家庭的家庭功能障碍率较高 ,为 10 .5 3 % ,有青少年期、空巢期、退休期家庭的家庭功能良好。同时发现 ,家庭功能的优劣与户主的睡眠时间、受教育程度、吸烟与否有关。结论 :不同家庭生活周期存在程度不等的家庭问题 ,家庭问题处理得好坏直接影响家庭功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to improve family health in society, based on understanding relations between family issues and family function in different life cycle household .Method:448 families were investigated by door to door,while APGAR questionnaire was also conducted in Nanjing. Result:The results showed that obstruction rate of family function in household in preschool-age children was the highest (10.53%), The family function in household in youngsters stage, children cost for leaving stage or retired stage were good. At same time, it revealed the family function also relate to sleeping time cost, education level and smoking or not of householders. Conclusion:This investigation indicated that population of living in different family life cycle have various family problems. The treatment of family problems interferes with family function directly.更多还原
