原位生成TiC对快凝Al-Fe-V-Si合金中“块状相”生成的影响
EFFECT OF IN SITU TiC PARTICLES ON THE FORMATION OF CLUMP-LIKE PHASES IN RAPIDLY SOLIDIFIED Al-Fe-V-Si ALLOYS
【摘要】 对含有原位生成TiC粒子的快凝Al-Fe-V-Si合金中的显微结构进行了电镜观察.结果表明:在Al6Fe相形成的温度范围内,TiC粒子消除了初生A16Fe块状相,诱发了初生almFe相,AlmFe相以包裹TiC粒子的形式生长成类球状形貌,消除了边角效应,并用连续冷却方式下的形核理论对TiC粒子的原位生成对合金中各相的形核动力学影响进行了分析与计算,与试验结果有较好的吻合.
【Abstract】 The microstructure of rapidly solidified(RS) Al-Fe-V-Si alloys containing in situ TiC particles was observed by TEM. The formation of Al6Fe clump-like phase was avoided due to in situ TiC in the temperature range forming Al6Fe clump-like phase in the RS alloy ribbons, and an AlmFe phase eveloping TiC particles and having a sphere-like morphology formed instead of the clump-like phase. And the kinetics of nucleation of the alloys was simulated using the competing nucleation theory under continuous undercooling. The simulation results agree with the experimental results.
