M5Si3型硅化物的研究及相关的物理冶金学问题
PHYSICAL METALLURGY OF M5Si3-TYPE SILICIDES
【摘要】 综述了近半个世纪来M5Si3型硅化物研究的主要成果,从物理冶金的角度讨论了这一类化合物的共性和个性,阐述它们的相图与热力学性质、晶体结构、物理化学性质,还讨论了它们的制备、合金化与韧性化等方面的问题;最后,展望了M5Si3型硅化物研究的发展趋势和它们的工程应用前景
【Abstract】 An overview of studies on M5Si3-type silicides since 1950’s is presented. Major issues of physical metallurgy involved in the study of M5Si3-type silicides, such as phase diagrams and thermodynamics, crystal structures of the compounds and their stability chemical and physical properties of the compounds as well as their manufacture, alloying and toughening effects are discussed. The trend of the studies and the applications of M5Si3-type silicides are also expected.
