异形坯连铸过程流场与温度场耦合三维数值模拟
3-D COUPLED NUMERICAL SIMULATION FOR FLOWING DISTRIBUTION AND TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN BEAM BLANK CONTINUOUS CASTING PROCESS
【摘要】 建立了异形坯内流体流动与凝固传热的三维耦合模型,充分考虑了对流换热对凝固过程的影响,分析了铸坯与钢液之间的相互作用,并对不同工艺条件下的温度场进行了比较.运用此模型可预报铸坯的温度场、坯壳厚度及液芯长度等,便于现场调整工艺参数.
【Abstract】 A three dimensional model of fluid flowing and solidification within the beam blank was established. The influence of fluid on solidification was carefully surveyed. This model can not only analyze the relation between shell and steel fluid, but also compare the temperature distribution in the different technical conditions which can be used to forecast the temperature field, solidification profile and liquid pool depth and adjust technical parameters.
