【Abstract】 AIN/PE composite substrate was fabricated by mould pressing. The influences of AIN content and morphology on the dielectric performance were studied and the model for predicting dielectric constant was also discussed, which is well coincident with the experiment results. With increasing of AIN content, the dielectric constant and loss increase gradually.
