【摘要】 以 33种热作模具钢的 18项性能检测数据为基础 ,建立了热作模具钢性能数据库。以五大类热作模具失效分析结果为依据 ,与热作模具钢的性能进行综合分析而归纳得出的各类模具的抗力指标体系为主要内容 ,建立了知识管理 (专家意见 )库。建立了内含 2 0 0余例热作模具选材用材实例模具库及模具润滑材料库。在 4个数据库基础上建立的热作模具钢选材用材专家系统 ,具有充分的数据支持、可靠的专家判据、合理的推理机制、灵活方便的管理功能及简单适用的操作界面。经企业实际应用 ,本专家系统选材结果合理 ,模具均获得高的使用寿命更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on 18 items property test of 33 kinds hot die steels,a performance data bank about hot die steel was built up.According to the failure analysis of 5 kinds hot dies and the results of property test,a knowledge management data bank with the main content of resistance index of each kind die was built up.A data bank with more than 200 die examples and another data bank about die lubricating materials were also built up.This specialist system with 4 data banks has many distinguishing characteristics such as fluent dates support,reliable specialists suggestions and easy operation windows etc.It is proved that this system is reliable for steel selection and application used by some corporations.更多还原
