高功率脉冲电子束快速熔凝γ-TiAl基合金的研究
Study on Rapidly Solidified γ-TiAl Based Alloy by High Power Pulsed Electron Beams
【摘要】 对高功率脉冲电子束轰击γ TiAl基合金表面产生的显微结构变化以及性能的改善进行了研究。结果表明 ,快速熔凝会破坏γ TiAl基合金表面熔区中长程有序的结构 ,形成亚稳的无序固溶体。SEM、TEM、AFM等测试结果证实了赝火花脉冲电子束与γ TiAl基合金间相互作用及表面微区显微组织的结构变化。
【Abstract】 Microstructure changes and improvement of physicochemical behaviors of γ TiAl based alloy samples irradiated by intensive pulsed pseudospark electron beams have been investigated in this paper.Experimental results show that the metastable is formed structure on the sample surface.The observation of the interactions of pseudospark electron beams with metal targets by SEM,TEM,AFM has been presented to prove the existence of the different microstructure of γ TiAl based alloys.
