【摘要】 某扭力轴试验时多次发生脆性断裂 ,微观形貌为沿晶形貌 ,该轴的加工工艺中锻造和回火处理可能导致沿晶形貌的产生 ,通过对比分析确定该轴加工过程中产生了回火脆性 ,重新回火处理可以消除回火脆性更多还原

【Abstract】 The brittle fracture happens many times in a kind of torsion axes during the test.The fracture appearance of torsion axes is intercrystalline fracture which may be caused by either forging or tempering.Through contrast analysis,it can be determined that the fracture of axes is caused by temper brittle which can be abated by tempering again.更多还原
