【Abstract】 The technique of buffering blood collection was developed to collect blood on the suitable vein parts of different animals, according to animals′ characters. A collecting tube was used directly as a buffer room of negative pressure. Experiments were taken on poultry, rabbits, rats and goats etc. The results showed that the technique was usefull in drawing blood samples dynamically and quickly from veins in small animals and poultry.更多还原
