固定化氮循环细菌的抗逆境运行
Adversity-resistant Running of Immobilized Nitrogen Cycling Bacteria
【摘要】 研究了固定化氮循环细菌抗高氮污染、有机质污染 ,抗逆境运行以及抗逆境运行后的恢复能力。结果表明 ,INCB SBR方法在总氮 (TN)为 112mg/L、铵氮 (NH+4 N)为 60 5mg/L、CODCr为 473 8mg/L时 ,TN、NH+4 N和CODCr的去除率稳定在 75 %、92 %和 76 %。INCB在 80℃高温下表现出明显的抗逆境运行能力 ,经过 192hINCB对TN的去除率恢复到原去除率的 95 %。
【Abstract】 Resistance to pollution of nitrogen and organic matter,adversity resistant running of immobilized nitrogen cycling bacteria(INCB) and its recoverable ability after the function were studied.The removal rate of total nitrogen,NH + 4 N and COD Cr by means of INCB SBR reached 75%,92%and 76%,respectively,when total nitrogen,NH + 4 N and COD Cr were 112 mg/L,60 5 mg/L and 473 8 mg/L.The INCB showed splendid ability of function resistant to adversity at high temperature of 80℃,and the removal rate of TN by INCB recovered to 95% of original removal rate.
