添加剂对自蔓延陶瓷内衬钢管组织的影响
The Effect of Additives on the Structure of the Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis Ceramic Lined Pipes
【摘要】 采用静态自蔓延高温合成法制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,研究了添加剂对反应过程及陶瓷衬层的显微组织的影响 ,所用添加剂主要有SiO2 、NaF、Al2 O3、CrO3等 前三种主要起稀释剂的作用 ,能降低系统的反应温度 ,CrO3主要起激活剂的作用 ,提高反应温度 SiO2 、NaF对陶瓷衬层致密化有双重影响 ,一方面降低反应温度不利于排气 ,另一方面形成低熔点相延长熔体液相停留时间 ,促进致密化 ;添加Al2 O3降低反应温度 ,不利于排气 ,增加陶瓷层中气孔含量 ;添加CrO3提高反应温度 ,延长熔体高温停留时间促进排气
【Abstract】 The ceramic lined pipes are used widely for its excellent wear and corrosion resistant ability.The ceramic lined pipes have been produced by static SHS process.The effects of additives on the synthesis process and the microstructure of the ceramic layer are investigated. Additives affect the temperature of the reaction and the quality of the ceramic layer. The main additives are SiO 2, NaF, Al 2O 3, CrO 3 et al. SiO 2, NaF and Al 2O 3 act as thinners.They can decrease the reaction temperature. CrO 3 acts as an activator for it can increase the reaction temperature. SiO 2 and NaF decrease the reaction temperature and make it difficult to exhaust gas,but on the other hand,they can form low melting point substances so that the emission of the gas from the fusant is speeded up. Al 2O 3 decreases the reaction temperature and makes it difficult to exhaust gas. CrO 3 increases the reaction temperature so that the emission of the gas is speeded up.
