多元多层复合涂层刀具切削温度的测量

【摘要】 切削过程中产生的切削热直接影响刀具的磨损和耐用度 ,并影响工件的加工精度和表面质量 切削温度的测量是研究切削热和金属切削过程的重要试验技术 ,也是研究切削液冷却性能的重要试验手段 本文对五种刀具 (4层以上涂层 )在五种切削液条件下的切削温度进行了测量和研究

【Abstract】 The cutting heat produced during the cutting process can directly affect the wear and service life of cutting tips, and can also influence the accuracy and surface quality of work pieces. The measurement of cutting temperature is an important testing technique for researching cutting heat and cutting processes, and is also considered as an important method for studying cooling characteristics of cooling fluids. The research work deals with the measurement of cutting temperature produced under the condition of five different cooling fluids for five cutting tips (with more than four coating layers).
