【摘要】 针对大学生评选活动中存在的普遍性问题 ,通过问卷调查的方式 ,探讨了评选方式、自我预期和评选结果三因素及其相互作用对大学生评选心理的影响。结果显示 ,大学生对评选的态度和情绪反应 ,受主客观两方面因素的制约 ;其中 ,评选结果是否与学生预期相一致 ,直接影响评选工作的公正性和激励性更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of a poll, this study inquires into how the three factors-the way of appraisal, self-anticipation and the result of appraisal-and their interaction influence college students’ appraisal psychology in the course of the appraisal activity. The result of the study shows that college students’ attitude to the appraisal and their moods are restricted by both subjective and objective factors. Moreover, whether the result of appraisal consists with students’ anticipation directly influences the fairness and encouragement of the appraisal.更多还原
