试论知识经济时代的财务管理改革——构建以智力资本为中心的财务管理体系的思考
Reform of Finanical Management in the Age of Knowledge Economy ——Thought on Building a System of Finanical Management Taking Integlligence Capital as Center
【摘要】 根据知识经济可能对企业财务管理所造成的影响 ,提出了知识经济时代企业财务管理的理财观念、财务管理的目标、资本的筹集、投资的管理、资产的管理、成本的管理、利润的分配和财务分析等八个方面的改革 ,并进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 According to possible influence on enterprise financial management brought about by Knowledge Economy, the author puts forward and expounds some ideas on reforms in the following eight aspects: sense of conducting financial transactions, financial management objective, fund raising, investment management, assets management, cost management, profit distribution and financil analysis.
