染料脱色菌——无花果曲霉(Aspergillus ficuum)的紫外诱变育种

【摘要】 染料脱色菌无花果曲霉 (Aspergillusficuum)经紫外线诱变后 ,筛选出突变株P1 1在 3 3℃、1 2 0r/min振荡培养条件下 ,3d内以对染料直接耐酸大红 4BS的脱色率为 88 54%比出发菌株提高了 1 3 % ,经斜面传代 1 0次 ,脱色能力保持稳定。

【Abstract】 A mutant P11 was separated from a decoloring strain ( Aspergillus ficuum )mutated by ultraviolet obtained from the drainage of printing and dyeing mill.The decoloration rates of P11 on Direct Fast Scarlet 4BS was 88.54 % in 3d and was 13% higher than that of original strain under 33 ℃,120 r/min.The mutant was cultured for ten generations and showed that the decoloration capacity was stable.
