【摘要】 介绍了新型磺化氧化石腊皂捕收剂的合成方法及用于包钢选矿厂 1、3系列正浮选强磁铁精矿中赤铁矿等含铁矿物 ,在 40℃和 14℃时 ,粗选精矿品位分别为 5 3 18%和 5 4 32 % ,回收率分别为 90 93%和 85 35 %。试验表明该新型捕收剂具有较好的选择捕收作用和耐低温性能更多还原

【Abstract】 The synthesis method of new type sulfonated oxidized paraffin wax soap collector and its experimental application in floating iron containing minerals such as hematite from the concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation of No.1 and No.3 lines of Baotou steel’s concentrator are described.At flotation temperatures of 40℃ and 14℃,rougher concentrates with grades of 53.18% and 54.3% and recoveries of 90.93% and 85.35% were obtained respectively,which shows that this new collector has properties of good selective collection and low temperature resistance.更多还原
