【Abstract】 This paper presents a method of Object-Oriented case rep resentation,indexing and retrieving in process planning system for all kinds of parts using case-based reasoning. A method of measuring form similarity of part s is presented based on the object-oriented representation of parts types and pa rts features. An effective similarity metric is developed to measure the forms s imilarity of parts between two parts which have different features or belong to different type of parts. And the most similar case can be retrieved rapidly and correctly.更多还原
