用VB开发ASP文件上载组件的原理与方法

【摘要】 介绍了使用ＶＢ开发ＣＯＭ组件以实现ＡＳＰ环境下特定的文件上载服务的原理和方法，并对ＶＢ环境下汉字内码与汉字的转换也进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The principle and method of developing COM component for ASP file upload by VB is described. It is discussed to convert the internal code of Chinese characters into Chinese characters in VB.
