【Abstract】 Process simulation is an applied method, which is used to analyze, validate, revise, optimize and evaluate the enterprise process model. Process simulation is very important especially when the process model is hard to be described quantificationally. This paper focus on the resource planning in process simulation. At first object oriented process simulation technology is introduced in this paper. Then the resource in process simulation is defined. The relationship between resource and function and relationship between resource and organization are described. Based on this the resource planning in object oriented process is described in detail.更多还原
