自动干粉配料系统的设计及研究
Design and Research for Automatic Allocation and Compound of Dyestuff
【摘要】 自动干粉配料系统是目前我国印染工业急需的一项关键技术项目.介绍了此系统的设计方案,并对该系统的控制方法进行了研究,提出了多段双模态控制与模糊自整定PID控制相结合的新型控制方法,较好地解决了下料系统的控制问题.试验结果和实际应用均表明了系统设计的可行性和有效性.
【Abstract】 At present tile automatic allocation and compound of dyestuff is a key technique for our dyeing industry. Here a new automatic system for compound or dyestuff is proposed. I n the system, a multi-phase control is introduced and studied in details. On i’ study shows that the fuzzy auto-tuning PID control will be more suitable for the automatic allocation and compound than single PID or fuzzy control only and the test run mug results of the new system shows that our design is successful.
