【Abstract】 This paper analyzes characteristic and disadvantage of the organization of the Web resource, which is conflict with the expand of the application of multimedia in internet today. By enhancing the a-bility of HTML.we build a logical uniform and organized multimedia Resource Object. Based on such Resource Object,we provide a new organization framework of the Web resource.it can meet the exception of complex and cosmtcally multimedia application.
