【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces various Media Access Control(MAC)techniques used in present networks.It ex-plores the speciality of Hybrid-Fiber Coax(HFC)or all-coax based interactive full service networks,explains why legacy MAC techniques do not fit for this network.It gives the emphasis on the introduction about the MAC technique used in DVB-RCC(Return Channel for Cable),and the comparison with that used in the DOCSIS(Data Over Cable Service In-terface Specifications)system.更多还原
