【Abstract】 Combined the traditional telecommunication technology with the modern computer technology,CTI technology provides much advanced and cheaper communication manner to the society. Take one CTI application,IP-FAX as an example,this paper mainly discusses the communication technology between Voice/Fax interface and the computer.
