【摘要】 为了探讨丙型病毒性肝炎 (丙肝 )患者膜白介素 - 2受体 (mIL - 2R)和T细胞亚群的表达水平及其在丙肝发病机理中的作用 ,用生物素 -链霉亲和素法对 2 0 3例抗 -HCV阳性患者外周血单个核细胞进行T细胞亚群及植物血凝素(PHA)诱导前后mIL - 2R的检测 .总体结果显示丙肝患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)mIL - 2R和T细胞亚群表达水平降低 ,与正常对照组相比 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) .其中 ,在静息状态和在PHA诱导状态 ,其mIL - 2R表达水平与正常对照组相比均低下 (P <0 .0 1) ,但急慢性丙肝患者中T细胞亚群及mIL - 2R表达水平类似 (P >0 .0 5 ) .急慢性丙肝患者与正常对照组相比 ,外周血CD+ 3 ,CD+ 4百分率降低 ,CD+ 8百分率增高 ,CD+ 4/CD+ 8比值下降 (从P <0 .0 5降至P <0 .0 1) .说明丙肝患者体内存在明显的细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,T细胞活化障碍 ,并与肝病的慢性化有关 .更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the level of membrane interleukin-2 receptor (mIL-2R) and T cell subsets in PBMC in patients with hepatitis C and its role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis C,the level of mIL-2R and T cells subsets in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were detected with biotin-streptatividin technique before and after PHA induction in 203 cases of hepatitis C with positive HCV-RNA, anti-HCV(+),anti-HCV(-).The total results of the expressive level of mIL-2R before and after PHA inducting and T cell subsets in PBMC were all lower in hepatitis C than those in normal controls (P<0.01).Among them, the levels of mIL-2R were lower in silence than those in situation of PHA induction (P<0.01).The levels of CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 4/CD + 8 in acute and chronic hepatitis C with anti-HCV(+) were lower and CD + 8 was higher than those in normal controls (P<0.01).The function of cellular immunity, the levels of mIL-2R and activation of T cells are obviously in disorder in patients with hepatitis C, and those were closely associated with changing of the hepatitis into chronic.更多还原
