稀土深层渗碳钢的研究
Study on Rare-earth Deep Carburizing Steel
【摘要】 研究了稀土深层渗碳钢 2 0Cr2Mn2MoRE奥氏体晶粒长大动力学、渗层组织和力学性能 ,并与2 0Cr2Mn2Mo钢进行了比较。结果表明 :钢中加入稀土元素可显著抑制奥氏体晶粒长大 ,改善渗层组织 ,提高常规力学性能和渗层的弯曲强度与断裂韧度
【Abstract】 The kinetics of austenite grain growth,structure and mechanical property of carburized case were studied on rare\|earth deep carburizing steel 20Cr2Mn2MoRE and were compared with 20Cr2Mn2Mo.It was shown that the austenite grain growth is strictly suppressed.The structure of carburizing case is improved and the conventional mechanical properties.The bending strength and break toughness of carburizing case are enhanced with the addition of rare\|earth elements.
