激光淬火对钛合金TC11微动磨损性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了激光淬火对钛合金TC11微动磨损性能的影响。结果表明 :在不同微动幅度和法向载荷作用下 ,钛合金TC11激光淬火后抗微动磨损能力均有所提高 ,提高幅度与微动幅度大小和法向载荷高低有关。钛合金TC11激光淬火后微动磨损性能的改善是组织细化、表面硬度提高的结果

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the effects of laser transformation hardening (LTH) on the fretting wear of TC11 titanium alloy. The experimental results show that the fretting resistance of TC11 titanium alloy specimens treated by LTH has been improved greatly. This improvement is determined by the sliding amplitudes and the normal loads. This modification is the result of microstructures refining and surface hardness improvement caused by LTH.
