【Abstract】 The capital-market centered opinion directly reminds us that there has been a comprehensive change in the operation of our financial system and thus renders is to think about some basic theories and practical problems in the structure of finance system. The structure of our financial system is under adjustment and becoming deeper and more efficient. Under this situation, financial supervisory agencies, financial institutions and the participants of the financial activities should pay attention to the innovation factors in their development strategies.
