【Abstract】 The paper reviews the historical development of capital adequacy system and studies the current practice of Basel Capital Accord in international banking sectors and the technical problems in China’s banking sector. Finally, by introducing the newest data and case study, the author mainly discusses the solution of raising Capital Adequacy Ratio for China’s state-owned commercial banks.更多还原
