【摘要】 目的　探讨合理选用食管金属内支架置入治疗晚期食管癌性狭窄引起的吞咽困难。方法　对 72例晚期食管癌置入食管金属内支架。结果　吞咽困难完全清除或明显缓解。食管 气管瘘或纵隔瘘完全封闭。结论　合理选择食管内支架可减少并发症的发生 ,是解决晚期食管癌患者进食的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To select properly the esophageal metallic stent to treat the dysphagia and strictures of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods To place esophageal metallic stent for 72 cases of advanced esophageal cancer. Results Dysphagia were markedly improved or completely alleviated together with esophageal and mediastinal fistula sealed completely after the procedure. Conclusions The complications will be reduced by the proper selection of esophageal metallic stent and also for resuming of food intake.更多还原
