着色Petri网模型实现AGV系统无死锁运行

【摘要】 本文讨论自动化制造系统中单向自动引导车 (autom ated guided vehicle,AGV)的死锁和冲突问题 .建立了有关此问题的 Petri网模型 .给出了 AGV系统无死锁运行的条件 .并提出了一个控制规则 ,利用此控制规则 ,只需监测系统状态和检查某些环路中可利用空位的数目 ,就可避免 AGV系统的死锁 .此控制规则是简单有效 ,适用于实时控制

【Abstract】 In this paper we address the problem of deadlock control in the automated guided vehicle system in automated manufacturing systems with uni directinal guided paths. A petri net model is developed for the problem. By using the PN model developed, the condition for deadlock free operation in AGV system and a control law are presented. To avoid deadlocks in AGV systems by this law, one needs only to observe the state of the system and check the number of free spaces available in some of the circuits. Thus, it is simple and effective, and can be used in the real time control.
