【摘要】 目的 :探讨癌基因c fos、c jun表达产物与子宫颈癌的发生 ,发展及预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组化SABC法 ,以兔抗c fos、c jun抗体标记 6 0例子宫颈癌和 30例子宫颈上皮不典型增生 ,观察其分化程度和组织学类型 ,子宫颈癌的表达及阳性率比较。结果 :c fos、c jun阳性反应见于不典型增生上皮和子宫颈癌组织 ,不典型增生上皮c fos、c jun阳性率分别为 70 0 %和 5 0 0 %癌组织为 5 6 6 %和 4 8 3% ;在子宫颈癌表达的阳性率与癌组织分化程度和组织学类型有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示c fos、c jun过量表达可发生在不典型增生的子宫颈上皮和子宫颈癌组织更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the expression of c fos,c jun in carcinoma of cervix and its relationship with the development and prognosis of the tumor.Methods:Sixty cases of carcinoma of cervix and 30 cases of dysplasia of cervical epithelium were immunohistochemically stained for c fos,c jun.The positive rates in different grades and different types of carcinoma of cervix were also studied.Results:c fos,c jun immunoreactivity was found in carcinoma of cervix and dysplasia of cervical epithelium.The positive rates in dysplasia were 70.0% (c fos) and 50.0% (c jun),in carcinoma of cervix were 56.6% (c fos) and 48.3% (c jun).In carcinoma of cervix,the positive rates were related to different differentiation and histologic type ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The results suggest that over expression of c fos,c jun can occur in dysplasia of cervical epithelium and cancer tissue.更多还原
