论借款合同担保的法律问题
Discussion of Legal Questions of Loan Contract Guarantee
【摘要】 本文论述借款合同担保的法律关系。对借款担保的成立和生效以及担保的法律责任进行研究 ,将有助于银行开展借款担保业务 ,并具有现实意义。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the legal relation of loan contract guarantee, the establishment and validity of loan guarantees and the legal obligation of guarantee systematically. It is of realistic significance in the field of instructing the bank to carry out loan guarantees.
