【摘要】 目的 :探讨甲状腺99mTc摄取率 (CTU)与甲状腺功能的关系。方法 :对 52 4例不同甲状腺功能状态的受试者进行甲状腺99mTc过锝酸盐显像和全自动测量其CTU ,并与其血清甲状腺激素水平进行了相关性研究。结果 :甲状腺瘤组 (n =6 4 )和单纯性甲状腺肿组 (n =56 )的CTU与健康对照组 (n =89)之间差异无显著性意义 ,甲亢 (n =2 70 )和亚急性非化脓性甲状腺炎 (亚甲炎 )甲低期组(n =2 2 )的CTU明显高于健康对照组 ,亚甲炎甲亢期组 (n =2 3)的CTU明显低于健康对照组。 4 79例甲状腺CTU和血清甲状腺激素水平的直线相关分析结果显示两者呈显著正相关。 4 5例亚甲炎CTU和血清甲状腺激素水平的直线相关分析结果显示两者呈显著负相关。结论 :甲状腺CTU和血清甲状腺激素水平密切相关 ,提示全自动定量测定CTU能反映甲状腺的功能状态和严重程度 ,有较大的临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To evaluate the relation between 99m Tc pertechnetate thyroid uptake and thyroid function . Methods: The following studies were performed on 524 patients with different thyroid function: (1) radioimmunoassay of serum thyroid hormones, including serum free T3(FT 3), free T4(FT 4) concentrations; (2) 99m Tc pertechnetate thyroid imaging and uptake measurement (CTU). Results: There was no significant different ( P >0.05) in CTU in euthyroid patients (thyrophyma, struma) as compared to normal subjects. There was a significant increase ( P <0.001) in CTU in hyperthyroidism patients and subacute thyroiditis patients with hypothyroidism as compared to normal subjects. There was a significant decrease ( P <0.001) in CTU in subacute thyroiditis patients with hyperthyroidism as compared to normal subjects. The correlation between CTU and serum thyroid hormones concentrations in 479 patients without subacute thyroiditis was: r =0.69 for FT 3 ( P <0.001) and 0.64 for FT 4 ( P <0.001). The correlation between CTU and serum thyroid hormones concentrations in 45 patients with subacute thyroiditis was: r =-0.44 for FT 3 ( P <0.001) and -0.58 for FT 4 ( P <0.001). Conclusion: The thyroid function can be evaluated simultaneously with a routine 99m Tc pertechnetate thyroid imaging and uptake measurement (CTU).更多还原
