【摘要】 研究了花尾胡椒鲷 (Plectorhinchuscinctus)胚胎发育与孵化温度的关系 .实验共设 10个温度梯度组 .实验结果表明 :花尾胡椒鲷胚胎发育的适温范围为 18～ 30℃ ,最适温度范围为2 1～ 2 7℃ .在 36℃条件下 ,胚胎发育终止于尾芽期 ,而 9～ 15℃各组的胚胎发育终止于原肠期 .2 4℃试验组的孵化率最高 ,为 96.5% ,正常仔鱼孵出率也最高 ,为 95.3 % .在 2 4℃条件下孵化 ,初孵仔鱼平均全长最大 ( 1.885mm) ,而卵黄囊体积最小 .统计结果表明 :孵化温度T与孵化时间H呈明显的曲线关系 ,相关方程为 :H =0 .0 896T2 - 6.112 3T +118.86,R2 =0 .9986,温度与积温S的相关方程则为 :S =0 .0 896T3- 6.112 3T2 +118.86T .更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deal with the effect of temperature on the embryonic Development of Plectorhinchus cinctus.The fertilized eggs produced through Artificial breeding are incubate under ten different temperatures.Results Indicate that the optimal temperature for the embryonic development is ranging from 18℃ to 30℃,and the most optimal temperature is ranging from 21℃ to 27℃.There is a significant curvy correlation between water temperature T and incubation time H:H=0.0896T 2-6.1123T+118.86,while a significant Curvy correlation between water temperature T and the accumulative temperature S:S=0.0896T 3-6.1123T 2+118.86T.更多还原
