食品农药残留分析的现代进展
Modern development of the analytic methods about detection of pesticide residue in food
【摘要】 主要介绍了农药残留分析中现代分析方法、超临界流体萃取的样品前处理方法，以及免疫分析技术法的原理、方法和现代农残分析的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The modern analytic methods of detection of pesticide residues in food, the method of supercriti- cal fluid extraction, the principle and the method of immunoassay and the development tendency of detec- tion of pesticide residue in food was mainly summarized in this paper.
