【摘要】 目的 :探讨腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的预防及诊治方法。方法 :治疗上严格卧床 ,早期静脉联合应用大剂量抗生素 ,并适量给予少量激素。如果症状较重 ,除有腰背剧痛外 ,还伴有肌肉痉挛、抽搐及高热等症状 ,应尽早行病灶清除术。结果 :4例椎间隙感染患者 ,占我科行腰椎间盘切除术患者的 0 9%。其中非手术治疗 2例 ,手术治疗 2例。 4例患者均在术后 6周～ 8周带腰围离床活动。随访时间 6个月～ 3a。结论 :一旦出现感染 ,应早期诊断 ,早期处理。但降低椎间隙感染发病率的关键在预防更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment and prevention of postoperation disc space infection in lumbar vertebra.Method Early immobilization and the use of antibiotics in combination and adequate corticosteroid is recommended.If severe symptoms is present,such as backpain,rising temperature and perivertebral muscle spasm,early debridement of all necrotic tissue should be taken.Results There are 4 patients(0 9%) with lumbar vertebra disc space infection in our department,nonoperation in 2,operation in 2.All of them got mobilization with corset after operation for 6～8 weeks and were followed-up from 6 months to 3 years.Conclusion When a postoperation disc space infection occurs,early diagnosis and treatment should be undertaken.The prevention is critical in which the incidence of postoperative infection is decreased.更多还原
