【摘要】 目的 :评价巩膜隧道小切口 (5 5mm)无缝线白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入的疗效。方法 :对 2 5例 (2 7只眼 )白内障患者施行隧道小切口无缝线白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。结果 :术后 3个月的视力≥ 0 2者占 10 0 % ,≥ 0 5者 18只眼占 6 6 6 7% ;术中 1例晶状体碎核脱入玻璃体腔中 ,术后无严重并发症。结论 :无缝线小切口白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术具有切口小 ,术后视力恢复较快等优点 ,是当前安全有效的白内障摘除手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation through a 5 5 seleral tunnel sutureless small-incision.Method The operation was performed through a 5 5mm scleral tunnel sutureless incision on 27 eyes of 25 patients with cataract by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Results Postoperatively,during the follow-up 3 months,the visual acuity without correction was 0 2 on better in 100%,Uncorrected visual acuity of 18 eyes(66 67%) achieved 0 5 on better.1 patient with dislocation of nuclear fragment into vitreous cavity during phacoemulsification.No severe postoperative complications were found.Conclusion Operation of small incison,sutureless phacoemulsification is currently safe and effective for cataract extraction and faster visual rehabilitation.更多还原
