【摘要】 目的 :比较厄贝沙坦与卡托普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效。方法 :将 76例心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级的住院患者随机分成厄贝沙坦组和卡托普利组。治疗 6周～ 8周 ,观察心功能改善情况及不良反应。结果 :厄贝沙坦组有效率为87 5 % ;卡托普利组为 85 6 % ;两组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。厄贝沙坦组无不良反应发生 ,卡托普利组 6例发生不良反应 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :厄贝沙坦和卡托普利治疗CHF均有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compart of effects of Irbesartan and/or captopril in treartment of the chronic congestive heart failure.Method 76 patients are free clivided two group in to observation according to NYHA(Ⅱ～Ⅳ).After 6～8 weeks of Irbesartan or Captopril treatment,To observe heart fanction is improved.Results Efficiency with Irbesatan group is 87 5%,efficiency with captopril group is 85 6%.Compare of two group have not different( P >0 05).Group of Irbesartan have not side effects,group of captopril have shown 6 side effects,compare of two group have different( P <0 05).Conclusion Irbesartan and/or captopril are effective on the chronic congestive heart failure.更多还原
