【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)时中转开腹手术的原因。方法 :回顾性分析本院 2 10例中 8例中转开腹的临床资料。结果 :LC中转开腹手术的发生率为 3 8%。主要原因是有急性胆囊炎病史 ,近期有急性发作史。B超提示胆囊壁粗糙 ,壁厚大于 0 5cm。术中Colat三角粘连重 ,难以辨认胆囊管。结论 :胆囊病变如有急性胆囊炎发作史 ,近期有急性发作史 ,B超提示胆囊壁厚大于 0 5cm时 ,选择LC应慎重更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the causes of the operation o f transfer the opening abdomen when the LC is being done.Method The authors reviewed the 210 clinical cases of LC in our hospital.Results The occurrence rate of the operation of transfer the opening abdomen was 3 8% in LC(8/210).The main causes were the patient’s history of acute cholecyst itis and recent acute outbreak.Oversound indicated that the cholecyst wall was r ough and over 0 5cm thick.The colat triangle adhibitted seriously and the chole cyst duct was difficult to identify.Conclusion It must be careful to choose LC if the patient has history of acute cholecystitis,of recent acute outbreak and the cholecyst wall is over 0 5cm thick.更多还原
