锥栗栽培品种果实营养成分差异的分析

【摘要】 本文分析了福建省建瓯市 15个锥栗品种样品的淀粉、还原糖、总糖、脂肪和蛋白质的含量 ,并对淀粉、糖分进行了单因素方差分析 ,发现品种不同对糖分、淀粉含量均有显著影响。锥栗含有丰富的淀粉、蛋白质、糖分 ,不同品种间其含量有较大的差异 ,以乌壳长芒、嫁接毛榛、大尖嘴的含量最高 ,其蛋白质、总糖含量分别在 6 .6 4%和 11.48%以上

【Abstract】 Samples of 15 Henry chestnut cultivars grown in Jian’ou county of Fujian province were analyzed in terms of the content of starch, reducing sugar, total sugar, fat, and protein. With starch and sugar the analysis of variance based on single factors was conducted, showing the difference in the content of both nutrient elements in different cultivars. Henry chestnuts are rich in starch, protein, and sugar, but the content of them varies remarkably with cultivars. With the 15 cultivars studied, Wukechangmang, the grafted Maozheng, and Dajianzui have the highest content of protein and total sugar, being 6.64 percent and 11.48 percent, respectively.
