【摘要】 目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在直肠癌组织中的表达及其对肿瘤新生血管生成及转移的影响. 方法：用免疫组化技术,检测46例患者直肠癌VEGF的表达和微血管密度(MVD),并分析其与浸润深度、淋巴结转移的相关性. 结果：VEGF表达阳性细胞和肿瘤新生血管主要位于癌浸润的边缘,VEGF表达阳性组MVD值较高,淋巴结转移组VEGF表达阳性率增高,VEGF表达与MVD值之间呈显著正相关. 结论：直肠癌VEGF表达增强,在肿瘤血管生成和侵袭转移中有重要作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the expression of vascular endothel ial growth factor(VEGF) in rectal cancers and its relationship with neovasculari ty within tumor and lymph mode metastasis. Methods:Forty-six rec tal cancers were immunochemically stained to determine the expressions of VEGF. And the microvessel density(MVD) was counted.The VEGF expressions and MVD were t hen assessed with respect to the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastas is. Results:The neovascularity and VEGF positive tumor cells were f ound mostly at the edge the tumor.There was a good correlation of MVD and VEGF e xpression rate with the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis.MVD wa s significantly higher in VEGF positive rectal cancers than that in VEGF negativ e cancers. Conclusions:VEGF expression is closely related to angiog enesis of rectal cancers.The VEGF expression and MVD are important predictors of tumor behavior of invasion and metastasis.更多还原
