提高水文长期预测质量的一些做法
Some measures for raising hydrological long period forecast quality
【摘要】 本文通过阐述洪水长期预测的全过程 ,说明提高预测质量的途径。此为作者近年来预测作业实践中的经验小结。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the way for raising the forecast quality through the expansion of overall process of flood long period forecast. It is the summary of authors experience in the forecast practice.
